i dont think ppl realize the significance of the the #CloneBros dynamic. Kaine was abusing, harassing, and torturing Ben well before the clone saga even started. The fact that Ben had the capacity to FORGIVE him at all is a testament to his nature and their brotherly bond.

tbh ben has afforded kaine so much compassion and forgiveness that i rly believe that kaine in turn would extend that back to him when faced with the reality that ben is no longer the "perfect" clone brother that both he and peter remembered him as
