Also this single issue is another rare instance of characters from the different books (New & X-Treme here) comingling.
Love the art again this issue from Leon, Sienkiewicz, and Chuckry.
It's leaning harder into Sienkiewicz's style and scratchy inks than the previous issue he and Leon worked together, still looking phenomenal. I like the blending of their styles.
It's probably a good thing that X and Jean weren't around one another for longer periods of time in the just pre-HoXPoX era, huh?

It's weird seeing Monet actually outwardly being concerned about other people.
I like that they dealt with the bear of a soldier that wanted to kill them by essentially turning on his empathy circuits.
