@LowRes_Refugee @LordOfBaraddur0 That's a pretty narrow-minded view. Creating a division between brilliant and beautiful works worldwide, simply because you have a regional bias. There are great comics everywhere.
Although I do find it kind of funny that you didn't post any sequentials.
Is Greg's dying mind creating the world of The Filth or was it always an I-Life miniature?
Similar set-up for Joe the Barbarian, no?
(Although the adventure there is much more wholesome.)
This is part of why I consider the Filth as a whole kind of mean-spirited. Superheroes being taken out of fantastical worlds into a "real world" becoming tainted and everything going to shit.
I think these covers by Sam Wolfe Connelly for Arkham City: The Order of the World are some of the best DC's putting out right now.
They're evocative of the original Arkham Asylum comic and a little bit of Vertigo.
I love that logo design (though not sure who did it).
Imagine if the MCU had started out with Darkhawk instead of Iron Man, where we'd be right now.
"First Wonder Woman Crossover in Decades"
I don't really blame them for forgetting that Amazons Attack! exists. Even though I liked it. Though I suppose they might be thinking of it as an "event" rather than a crossover.
