@LArtsss His name is Pizarro.
He's a clone of one of the turtles, and has been programmed with their fighting styles, which he combines when he fights them.
He's not evil, he just doesn't know how to do anything else, he has no greater purpose. He was created to destroy the ninja turtles.

But I did think him up.
I love that he's a brilliant evil monster, who can be a bit on the silly side. He has an ego, but more of a "humble Bragger" type.
