I remember playing Warcraft for hours as a kid.

Then...hours later I was astonished my little peasant didn’t die as he walked off into darkness...rather the floor appeared! For real, I only played in the non-dark areas; what a noob!

That is when I discovered the fog of war.

One of the things we wanted to do with "Darkhold: Secrets of the Zhentarim," is provide useful new tools for players and DM's to use while playing evil characters or running evil campaigns.

Last night I ended my Descent into Avernus campaign.

The characters destroyed the original contract binding Elturel to Avernus, thus breaking the chains.

One character was slain by Zariel, Moradin showed up, and the characters escaped, but Zariel remained!
