That bullet is not any random chipped pieces from the shield but rather a bullet belonging to the shield itself (Take a closer look at the pictures here & read the side note). In her intro for MBAACC you can see her change the bullet while she preps for battle (grey to teal tip)

Now we are going according to manga but I'll also include info from Actress Again, because after Actress Again is when Riesbyfe is "alive"
