Remember when nerd stuff was super sparse and years would pass between anything that even somewhat resembled a comic book movie or show? I think that’s why I like most comic movies. I was raised through the years nerd-cinema mediocrity.

I like how whenever we picture Atlantis it’s a high tech medieval empire. Like, what if they advanced all normal, developed cargo shorts and there was some equally nonsensical aquatic Billy Eilish. I bet they still get Disney Plus and find it uber offensive.

It might just be because I like Timothy Dalton, or perhaps since his movies came out in the AIDS epidemic they had to tell stories that weren’t so “James bangs the underdeveloped female character then she dies” and do a spy story instead, but I really enjoyed his two 007 movies!

I like Domino even though pretty much every story of hers includes losing or not being able to use her totally-world-breaking luck powers. Like, her superpower is pretty much everything kinda just works out for her. I get it. #domino #marvel #deadpool #cosplaygirl

When you bring up #Avatar you get a real odd set of reactions from Ew gross, that movie with this blue people? To that show is great! And it’s only gotten more confusing with the 2010 movie and the six blue people films coming and a netflix show too!It a real deterrent honestly

I think it was nuts they tried to sell the idea Batgirls dad, seasoned detective and commissioner of police had no clue his daughter was meeting on rooftops with him because she had some pointy ears on. Like, there is suspension of disbelief and then there is just being silly.

If anyone ever tells you that comic writers doesn’t matter here are three characters that I only care about because of the works of @79SemiFinalist

When a child says that your “the best artist they know” it’s kinda like when I say I’m drinking a good glass of wine. I don’t drink much wine and I don’t know if I could identify the good stuff if it was splashed in my face… it’s still nice to hear though.
