Recently I got a full refsheet done of him but here is just his gorgeous freckled face by JHUffizi on DA (yes he wears a bird charm necklace. His nicname IS Finch).

Makari "Finch" Filippov. Created back in '16 while YOI was airing using a YOI character randomizer lol. It gave a small physical description along with nationality, age, height, and what their skating strength and weakness is. Sketched by pawsprouts on DA.
