Because I couldn't do anything productive I played "Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice" and it has been such a cathartic experience for me. Through fighting Senua's darkness I have indirectly fought mine.

I drew a follow-up comic about how I make my dark companion smaller again, but it took me a while to figure out how to post it on twitter. but here it is!
