People can't go outside all the time because of the pandemic. With people staying indoors ,the air quality becomes better, the trees are growing more and the mountains can be seen from afar, the sky is clear and the ocean is more blue.

Ataraxis is defined as the absence of mental stress or anxiety. Currently, the youth stresses out on a lot of things, some of which are on relationships, mental health and even with their financial status.

In every twinkle of the stars, the music's melody comes out in the darkness and the warmth of the coffee runs through my veins. Whenever boredom strikes, look at the stars and see how it turns your sadness into a feeling on a cloud nine.

Despite of what's happening, let us not forget to disconnect from our social media apps and cellphones for a while to relax and take the negativities away from our minds.

Take off the load every once in a while. Stop scrolling through the world and look at sunsets for a moment.

Hindi tayo makaaabot sa kalayaan na ating hinahangad kung wala tayong ginagawang tama para sa ating kapwa Pilipino at bansa. Kailangan natin lumaban kung tayo ay inaabuso na at kailangan nating magtulungan para sa ikauunlad ng ating bansa.

I want to mould myself into something that I'm capable of. I want to do something that I love and at the same time combat the frustrations that I have in this quarantine period. Do something you love!
