The longplay channel on youtube is uploading Sega CD FMV games from Japan right now and I wanna know what their process was to translate animation cels to such clean looking pixel art. Must've been a grueling process... or maybe it was simpler than I think? I dunno

Before this piece I used this other watercolor brush and while it was more natural... I dunno... kinda hard to control for me
