Namely in order to protect those he cares about in 616, he uses the web of life fragment to travel to an alternate universe.

I would also have the real Doc Ock brought back, instead of transforming a clone into him.

I don't get why Mephisto would use his powers to make sure that Otto is fat again. It's not like we haven't seen the Doctor in somewhat decent shape in the past.
