WHY, did I wait so long to start reading IDW? I think my love for the Fleetway comics made me worry the tone would be too different for me, but boy was I wrong! Just finished the Neo Metal Arc and I’ve been smiling about it all day!!! Big Respect to Ian Flynn et al!!!

Shiro Maekawa is awesome. The more I read about the guy the more amazing characters like Shadow the Hedgehog make sense. And along with Naka, Maekawa is another person I’d love to see return to the series.

I don’t know why it was seen as “controversial” when Shadow used a gun. Sonic was doing it in the 90s!!! #SonicTheHedgehog #SonicTheComic
