About the cape: because of the piece of cloth at the bottom, I would personaly avoid making a cape and try maybe some wings. Fast sketch of a shape what I think could work with the set.

@TheWorstPlayer6 So far only the hair and eyes are CC, but I might try to add it to the cape as well. Though it would be hard because of its animation ;)
