Working with a GAN app, i've reworked a single image into multiple variations. I've added to the sense of the unnatural by using colour palettes i wouldn't normally use, giving these landscapes an almost dream-like quality - an ideal layer for the creation of myths...

The ‘red object’ series explores our reactions to the unfamiliar and how our interpretations give birth to symbolism and myth.

Each red object represents an unknown and how, through stories, we try to make it known...
