I've rebuilt a good amount of energy over this week. Rebuilding after burnout is always tricky: if I feel tired it's too late - the damage is already done. So time to quit while ahead! I'm taking the day off to read & build even more energy!

Beware the autumn urge to push yourself to 'achieve' by Dec 31st. Mixed with hype for #NaNoWriMo it's easy to get sucked in & burnout.
I say this climbing out of the hole for the 2nd year running. Nothing wrong with the slower turtle lane!
