I tend to think about all aspects of my characters. For Sen'Dai I was open to him being straight or gay but the more I know his char the more I realize that was wrong.

I have broken everything.

Sometime last year I told myself that I had fallen into a rut of only doing art that made my characters small on the page and I've always fled from doing big portraits from the waist up. I think I did a good job pushing myself out of that box!

Most recent cover design. I honestly wish I could go back and redo the others. The last few have been really good. The first ones feel a little shaky by comparison but I feel like I've finally found my stride :) I hope I can keep doing this!
