Day 367: Continuing on into 2022, as much as possible!
Anyway, I think this is a decent idea for this OC girl. She doesn't have a name yet, but I'm going to draw her more for practice and to finalize/adjust the details of her design.

Day 366: more little details and stuff. I think I prefer red/pink for skin "shadows," it's nicer than just using whatever dull color + multiply layer. I'll have to play around with it some more.

Day 365: Progress...? I think...? Somehow this seems to be going less smoothly than other pictures...

Also I messed up counting the days again at some point, but who cares lol.

Day 364: Barely any progress? I can never tell how it's going in this in-between stage.

Day 363: Still idk. Shadows are temporary until I decide on a light source. Since the right stocking is halfway off, it'll be less form-fitting in the end. I might try to make the purple parts of the hair stand out more.

Day 361: I want to somehow make an original character to practice drawing with, but can't quite figure out how to choose a few colors that I like. Time to go back to color theory 🥲

Day 357: Still not thrilled with the head/face, but that's not the point of this anyway. Flats + rough shadow shapes. I might tweak the base color of the skirt, and also do the tights separately later since they're still difficult to pin down.

Day 353: Giving up on this one. I wanted to work on clothing, but I totally messed up and lost focus. I'll try again with something else.

Day 351: Just a little bit of progress, got my booster today and don't want to go too far. Hopefully I'll be able to draw something tomorrow.

Day 350: I feel like pictures always look bad after putting in base colors. With lineart there's still a little bit of depth, but flats and lineart together just feels kind of...bleh.

also her left hand looks kind of bad lol.
