Progress: Sketch for img2img to run through the AI and nail my concept. Refine > img2img again to see what can be improved. Took notes on values, shading ideas. Generate background, then adjust it for my image before refining until final image.
Finally found time to sit down and really implement #NovelAI into my art workflow for a small sketch project of my cat-eating demon OC.
Absolutely incredible to have a mini-AI-powered-teacher in my pocket telling me where to increase some values, focus shading etc. 💗
@maccha3gooo Thank you for sharing your prompt again, they are always so fun and creative! 🙏✨
I started removing multicolor and replaced it with "red, crimson" and really like the color themed results... Time to make a rainbow of multi-winged-bird girls!
Fixed some hands, entertained during downtime (again), experimented with a lot of DDIM sampling (which is really fun combined with a low Scale setting), and made some Silent Hill F red spider lily-inspired gens.
Thanks for joining the cozy Saturday #NovelAI stream! https://t.co/P0erdvOGAC
@SignaIbat9 @novelaiofficial Pretty sure it's caused by 1990s (style). The tag pulls a ton of traditional media vectors.
@xstellahime @novelaiofficial You can try some style tags, if you type style, it will suggest! Another favorite set of mine is: doujin cover, cinematic lighting, dynamic angle, action background, official art
@novelaiofficial @xstellahime You can always try for variation or manually edit the image with the canvas option as well if the AI forgets important aspects like hair bells and side bangs!
@novelaiofficial @xstellahime You can adjust the tag set for your character. AI is not always going to get things correct. Her hair length and bangs are certainly always in flux. But you can use Undesired Content to block things that start to appear throughout multiple gens. It's a bit finicky sometimes.
The sketch I used to color on stream, a little more refined after generating the colors & background with AI.
