You guessed it! It's Calm Harmony from 'Spaceship Capsule Crashers,' need to draw the 4th card which happens to be a card of her ship!

A recent find; Twinbee; The scrolling shoot em' up. It's so much like my idea of Spaceship Capsule Crashers! It also had an anime adaptation.

Seeing the official artwork for the game/anime, it's made me think of my idea much more stylistically.
