A few more sketches from Ledbury: St. Michael's Church (leant in a bit to fit on the page better 🤣), one of the less ornate doors of the church (but all the more interesting for it) and a worm's eye view of a section of The Church House (c1600). Not getting out much lately.
Dragonfly season is finally getting into full swing after a slow start and though my original ink and watercolour painting of a Four-spotted Chaser recently sold at @NorthEastArtCol they still have framed originals of Ruddy Darter and banded Demoiselle. See website for details.
I used to muck about on photoshop with crappy point and press photos I took locally, some turned out a lot better than the original photos and I used them to fill out exhibitions. Found some old faves, Comma and Dabchick (Far Pasture), Dipper (Derwent), Poppy (Hollinhill Lane.)
Moth trap overnight April 7/8 - Only 13 moths caught but 8 species (3x Early Grey, 3x Hebrew Character, 2x Small Quaker, 1x Twin-spotted Quaker, Common Quaker, Brindled Pug and new for the garden, Mottled Grey and Diamond-backed Moth (pictured, please correct me if I'm wrong)
