@icedcitruss Hi, I'm AlBuffalo and I do mostly fanart of character.
I post a lot of scrappy/doodly/WIP stuff that I'm happy to have on Twitter but my Artstation definitely has better presentation with completed works 😅: https://t.co/HEsnLO4LSg
And here are the full body sketches that I'm abandoning.
I don't know if to exclude or include Grobben with Veles, but I think giving Veles a more aggressive pose will work better for the redraw.
And if anyone is curious about my entry, here it is: https://t.co/aGGKzEysYc
I tried to squeeze what I could in those squares 😩
It's not *properly* finished but I'm really happy having just wanting painting #DeathProphet with the Mask of Mortis.👌
#Dota #Dota2
@anjaelster I haven't used this next one until now but I *think* you'll like Gauche. Giving it light pressure will keep the texture of the brush while harder pressure makes it look much smoother. It looks like it blends between colors really nicely too.
Heck, I might want to start using it🤔
@anjaelster G-Pen is a good solid brush that feels nice for lineart.
I like how thin how the G-Pen can taper off as you ease off the pressure, easier to do the pointier edges of the lineart/solid coloring. "Real G-Pen" is similar to the "G-Pen" but I like using it for its texture.
@anjaelster Starting with CSP's Default Brushes: Dense Watercolor (like DP).
It blends colors when you paint right on top of it, but is opaque enough to paint over the previous color with good pressure and a scribble. Using lighter pressure can blend the colors but still leave some streaks.
I feel like I have this tightly wound-up art block when trying to think and draw merch ideas and designs, but the general "I'm just gonna draw some fanart stuff" inspiration is flowing pretty well.
I really like the butterfly aesthetic on Death Prophet.
