Hey, I recently painted some concepts for the look of some magic items for a personal project.

I really enjoyed the look of the magic items of Heroes of Might and Magic: Dark Messiah and made my take on that. 

I may do more of these in the near future.

Hey! Here is a speed painting of a modern fantasy Goth Tiefling I made.

This is among several very quick off the cuff paintings I have done recently to loosen up and experiment a bit.

Anyway, I had fun working on this one. 😈

I went camping with the two most important people in my life. We decided to each create a character and take turns DMing for each other. I made painting of my character Hatchet. She is a ratkin ranger with a vendetta against goblins.

I've been listening/watching the Vampire The Masquerade: LA by Night series. I am still catching up on the episodes but I could not resist painting @AlexWard777 's Nosferatu character Jasper. I am really digging this series.

Hey! I took some time to do painting of Jessica Jones. This was originally just going to be a quick study... but I got carried away. I used an image of her from the defenders as a reference.

Here is a speed paint/study of endoskeleton from a still of Terminator 1.
I also made a version with scan-lines and rgb distortion. I really like that version of it... maybe because the first time I saw Terminator it was on VHS on a big, ugly, smoke stained box of a TV?

This is a portrait study of my good friend Jodie. She was kind enough to give me the thumbs up to paint her.

After getting some feedback and advice from other artists I've been doing more work/studies from photos and movie stills.

Frankly, I am loving it.

Hey! After seeing the trailer for the next Star Wars movie I decided I really wanted to paint a portrait of Rey. I also listen to a lot of retrowave music and I've been wanting to make a painting in that style for a while. So I combined the two together! #Retro #Rey!
