AND THEN he turned down sort of evil Tony's offer to get his sight back permanently
So he looked at the world, himself and Foggy and gave up his vision again
"Gazing upon the faces of your loved ones" Foggy's his main loved person and their bond makes me incredibly soft

Supposedly Foggy was the only person he went to see because his time was extremely limited

So the basic situation was Matt getting his sight back for a short while and what he did was he looked outside, glanced at himself and immediately called Foggy
