this is the least i could do for a while. here's my OC Scarlett Flare, the jewel hunter. based on Rouge the Bat, from Sonic Adventure 2. she delievers powerfull kicks and can use gemstones made of energy as proyectiles and a huge black diamond as a shield!

i fixed the highlights on this just a bit to make the character pop out more
