Now that Christmas is over, I can share this! I painted this huge seascape for Joe’s mom for Christmas❤️
It was a fun challenge using colors I normally wouldn’t chose, but I used colors that would match their guest room where it will live👍🏻 here are some texture close ups!

Ok so I picked the 4 worst. Now these are the 4“best”🤷‍♀️ All these show me is that this is would I’d potentially look like if I lost a bunch of weight, spent more time on makeup, & still added a filter. A real artist can capture someone’s true likeness & personality. Pay an artist

..I’m proud of the finished results though& I’m glad I didn’t rush them.

The reference photo that inspired this painting is what really made me want to start a seascape collection! I’m so please to finally share this one as I come full circle in completing this collection. I hope the momentum will push me forward in my creativity and art adventures 🧵
