You know what I think it is? Phase 1 art feels more like a cool hip cartoon while the other phases feel more like beautiful illustrations. Both are SO good, but Phase 1 falls more in line with my own tastes.

Man, Tiny Toons: How I Spent my Summer Vacation is so good. Tiny Toons as a whole is VERY hit and miss, but the movie is funny, gorgeous, not TOO many pop culture references, and just look at these wonderful backgrounds! Those colors!
