Talked about this already but Chloe had some of the most changes. Going from much younger and rebellious, to basically her current character except topless, to her current depiction. Her original conception was due to her not being the original eldest sibling

One of the eight psychic powers in Anamnesis is Healing Touch, however, this was originally Time Manipulation. This allowed them to reverse/go back in time or forward in time. This was changed because it's overpowered

Solara and Lunata were originally runaway psychics themselves that were being hunted down. The reason they worked for Patchwork was because he rescued them. Unfortunately, I don't remember when or why I changed their story

Additionally, Patchwork was originally from the same story as those three and had a radically different design. No cloak or clothes, but still was a haunted puppet. However, his original origin could be compared to Banette from Pokemon

Xander was actually inspired by another thief character who originally was just named Thief. The reason for that name was because it was revealed that Thief was a shadow doppleganger of one of the main characters, Arin. This went into Xander living a double life

Silva's kids, Itzuko and Argia were created because of complications with Palette of Purgatory, in which originally a co-written story, the roles of the gods in watch of Purgatory needed to be filled. Additionally, a higher power that watched over these two was also needed, Silva

Silva's story originally wasn't the story about the gods. That was Landora's story, in which all of the cast were all gods of different elements (which is why all of their designs have some sort of element integrated into them)

Landora's story stopped being about them being gods

Tamot always had powers of time manipulation, however he originated as a Gravity Falls OC. His design was the same, however his name was different (and I also don't remember)

Silva was also part of a different story before her own. Her original conception was (a direct rip off) of Princess Rosalina, even sharing her overall design. This is why her name is Silva, in reference to her original design having silver hair

Her design was later changed

Jake and Izzy were both part of a different story all together before being part of Anamnesis. Originally they were around the same age (Jake younger, Izzy older) and they were the survivors of a city demolished by a volcano which was in reference to Pompeii
