Well no better time than the present!

I really loved @OfficialRockTh1 's take on sonic.exe (.RAW) so I wanted to doodle him, and then I decided to make this a bit more...interesting.

its unknown if Fatal is saying this genuinely or as a ruse so he lets his guard down in the future, who knows.
