@riercat Because his brand of Hekkachonk are winged while Kodai isn't. Atlas' wings were lost in combat. Same answer for why Kodai doesn't have a tail. TL;DR, Kodai isn't Goliath's biological son; Mapocha (on the left) is. Kodai is actually the son of King Zephyrion (on the right).

@werehoggin In one of the alternate timelines that are touched upon, his wife is never seen, but it's implied that she died after giving birth to Goliath's biological son, Mapocha.
