A little known fact is that Tutorial Man had a alpha version, a scrapped placeholder trained on a previous iteration of the network, nicknamed "Arles". This placeholder was nothing more than a floating cube with a question mark, created as a joke and just forgotten. [6/?]

Tutorial Man (right picture by @MontyArts) was built as a training computer program for military recruits in 2062, by Digital Sunrise, a Canadian company specialized in V.R. simulations. The core of Tutorial Man is a deep neural network nicknamed "Prometheus". [2/?]
