Tonight’s trash tv to take my mind off of Doom Thoughts is Wolverine the anime.

I look forward to this over the top stylish machismo adventure in Japan. It’s even done in that retro serious anime style. I can dig it!

For those who are unfamiliar with Mictecacihuatl, she is the Aztec Lady of the Dead, the keeper of bones who presides over the festivals of the dead.

She was the inspiration for my Lady of November painting and holds a special place with my muse.
