One of our favorite shows from the Japanese spring anime season, Fairy Gone, is getting more episodes. The second cours, the second part of the season, of Fairy Gone is coming in October. We're looking forward to it. Fairy Gone is currently streaming on Funimation.

AnimeNEXT 2016 guest and creator of Black Lagoon, Rei Hiroe, has got a new manga that will debut in Japan soon, 341 Sentōdan or 341 Combat Team in english. The manga will be a part of Monthly Shonen Sunday and will appear in July. We loved Black Lagoon so count us excited!
Last week Shueisha's Jump SQ magazine revealed that Death Note is returning. It's getting a single manga chapter by the original artist Takeshi Obata. Shinigami, the demons from the original manga, are the focus of the new one-shot manga. No date for the manga was revealed.
