Correct me if I'm wrong, but Kikyo and Miyo are the type of waifus that we dislike/hate at first and then later we start to like them or feel sympathy for them.

Happy birthday Ayame! I am very glad to have bought Senran Kagura and encounter Ayame and witness her smile everytime I see her at the shop. She smiles a lot. She clearly shows much love to everything she does especially her addiction to Katsuragi. She is 10/10 waifu material. 💖
