I finished all 4 episodes. So episode 3 I guess is the true ending while episode 4 is the what if ending. I don't like the anime, but I don't regret watching it.

I want to see more of these 2 my goodness! owo

Last tweet about the VN. Did yall see the anime adaption? They did Nanase justice holy crap look at her eyes in the animation! There's only 2 episodes, but the 2nd one felt rushed. Regardless, I think it needed 4-8 episodes as it mainly covers 2 girls when there are 3 heroines.
