I have a doubt. Could Boo Arc SSJ Goku take on Cell Games Super Perfect Cell? Not SSJ2...just regular Boo Arc Super Saiyan.

In CG,while he was at his peak of power & design, dude was shoehorned into battle with Cell he nevr anticipated & shoved down the throat as protag
Bitch required the help of not just one but TWO fckin Shinigami's 2nd Kira & blessing of lady luck to survive...
Whereas L established evidence of Kira, possible method, target, the city, possible connection with higher-ups (Gods) all from...scratch...
