Fan art No.7 Lio Convoy(Leo Prime)
From Beast Wars Ⅱ: Super Lifeform #Transformers (1998)
I drew this a few months ago. I learned that there is an effective way to draw shadows that you don't notice until you paint the actual color.

I just kind of wanted to draw it...a cool guy's eyes (let the pen go with the flow).
A finger pattern I used to use when participating in a "specific" style of animation. This is my style for now, I know there is room for improvement though. I hope I have the opportunity to use it again.
@jhon_98G Thanks. I actually love one of those art styles, the concept art for a game called Terranigma (Tenchi Souzou) that released in 1995 for the SNES. It was drawn by Kamui Fujiwara, a manga artist.
Key animation (Genga) style
A just trivia... which style do you like?
Many anime fans will see keyframes(Genga) recently as many animators and studios publish them on social media. However, some may wonder why those styles are not unified.
My formative experience-24
When I was an animation school student, there was digital reproduction that I was doing voluntarily in addition to the assignments. It is the same process that is done in the current animation that scanning an analog drawing and coloring it on a PC.
My formative experience-20
A reproduction I drew when I was an animation school student.
Yoshitoshi Abe is one of my favorite artists.
And this is the character I designed at the time for the anime.
Just come up with...I remade it with my current skills while adapting to the trend style. I decided on the color now, but at that time I might have assumed more anime-like colors such as pink uniforms and purple hair
I also thought about the story: The girl who receives the flower seeds attached to the balloon raises them and makes them bloom. And she flies a balloon, which reaches someone.
I replaced the music for copyright, but originally used the soundtrack of this anime for BGM.
