What was the first Indie comic that you remember reading and loving?

I picked up Irredeemable from the library on a whim one day and I just ADORED how frightfully scary and tense it was! The Plutonian was TERRIFYING and is still my favorite “Superman gone bad”

Ok so look I just had this crazy random idea for the Justice League and hey, I know that these characters have NOTHING in common, not a singular shared trait, but something just feels really right and I think they’d all mesh together very well and it’s just this feeling and—!
