While I am doing the “Best of the Year” list, I read SO MUCH this year that there are a LOT of stories I can’t get around to on that list...

So! I’ll be sharing some honorary mentions as I go 😁❤️

Me, thinking about all the worst retcons I would address if I were working in comics:

Almost had a heart attack yesterday looking over my best of the year list when I realized Far Sector wasn’t on there...but then I remembered I had started it LAST year so it was unfortunately disqualified 😅

(Might just **** around and talk about it anyways tho 😏)

I think if anything, this just proves that I’ve had a remarkable year. There was so much to talk about that I’m sure by the time I’m finished with this countdown even *I* won’t be happy with it...😅

Ok! So I think when it comes to Carol there are really two runs that are “Musts”, and that’s DeConnick and Thompson! DeConnick is a great starting point! But, the Thompson’s is my FAVORITE! Do you remember the first time a comic surprised you? That a twist shocked you?

Because I remember reading this (beautiful) page and just kinda whispering, “Oh, no” 😂
