Long time no content!
Here's the practice/ref sketches I did for the characters in the We Are The Dragonets sequel part I'm working on
I tried to incorporate the SU style and ngl it's been super fun to work with so far!

1. HC Sandwings w/ giant ears to vent heat
2. Qibli is canonically gangly and kinda scrawny but he'd look too much like my Winter build if I gave him twig legs so I gave him chunky feet. It helps give him class clown energy so I actually really like it c':

I hc Nightwings w/ bat noses, but Clearsight gets an oversimplified doofy heart one bc it just fits in my mind c':

The pain abt dragon designs is that when in actual use, 90% of it is hidden by gd wings, so I'll post the sketch I did to map out build and markings below bc I'm quite happy w/ it c':
