I got inspired by Ryoko Kui’s doodles of her characters in an abstract form and decided to try my own! Drawing this reminded me of old cartoons like Samurai Jack and PPG. This was fun! Maybe I’ll do more...

Here’s a drawing of an Octarian seafood farming dome! In Splatoon 2, Octarians live in underground, domed cities (ancient bunkers built by humans before they went extinct). I wanted to imagine what their society is like. More in the next tweets.

Diluvian has a younger sister, Koddi and a baby brother, Remo. I headcanon that Octarian's don't actually have families but they're grown in batches. Bellum has 3 sisters and 1 brother.
