I'm often asked how I work out depth, light etc... While I enjoy the process of calculating these by eye, I also make perspective construction lines occasionally (bottom left). More recently I use "lens distortion" lines - (not on this older piece though - "Nimbus"). 💜🧡💛🤍

It's amazing getting to know so many wonderful people in this space. ❤️ One thing that comes up is an assumption that I render my work. While I love rendered work (and have used 3D a lot in my time), I almost exclusively paint my pieces. Here is one process I've used. 💙💜🧡💛
