did this a little while ago, always wanted to draw maddie underwater was gonna give her puffy cheeks but went against it so i made them slightly puffy. not sure if maddie as ever been drawn underwater before? but if not this would be the first enjoy @akemiexpansions

I really enjoyed making this I wanted to test out how her cheeks would look if you can see water moving around in them so I gave it a slight tint of blue along with bubbles. Enjoy 😉
