And the digital poster is done. Didn’t take too long. Was a really fun painting and editing process ✍️.
Excited to see how the matte prints will turn out.
When people ask me what I do for a living, I just tell them that I draw T. Rexes all day. Little do they know that I’m not kidding.
Most probably the closest I’ve gotten to portraying the Ingen Tyrannosaurus accurately with traditional ink ✍️🦖.
Have a great weekend.
I assume most have seen the Dominion prologue footage by now?
I took time off commissions to illustrate a T. rex that I personally would’ve liked to see as an accurate portrayal in the film. The goal was to strive towards accuracy while conserving & honoring the JP/W aesthetic.
A collage of some of my Ceratopsian dinosaur drawings since 2017.
Ceratopsians are my favorite herbivore species and I feel as though I’ve neglected drawing them for too long. Time to change that ✍️.
Guess I’m late, but #PortfolioDay seems to still be kind of relevant.
Takeaway from making this collage : I should start drawing more herbivores...
The Egyptian King on the hunt for his breakfast 🐊 🏝🐟.
Got to revisit an old piece from early 2020. Converted the pen drawing into a digital poster. My first attempt at the updated Spinosaurus aegyptiacus.
The most ambitious crossover is here. Primitive War meets Jurassic Park. The Father vs the Buck.
Drawn on a Brown Ingres toned paper with Pigma pens, Faber Castell pencils and markers, then digitally made into a poster with Photoshop CC ✍️.
Loved Kong in @GodzillaVsKong so much. Can’t get enough of drawing him. It’s almost like I have to get all the Kong muse out before I can be fully invested in other projects, haha.
Anyway, here’s the King drawn with inks on Brown Ingres paper ✍️🦍.
Got the time to do some more toned paper art of my favorite Monke. #artistsontwitter #GodzillaVsKong #Godzilla #Kong #gorilla #traditionalart
