@katymleech Maybe instead of white use a pastel version or a color from your artwork ?
Also what I personnally like to do when I have a white background is to outline the drawing with a color, generally opposite color of the main color I used

I generally set a sketch page at 15€, in which I can create a design for a character

In the case where your bf want a full art, then it's at my regular prices (20€ for a fullbody) and the preparatory sketches are free ^^
