Pastel City is a large cultural melting pot. Home to people from all over the world in acentury-old attempt to unit the Western & Eastern powers together for a stronger union of technological resources!
We reflect this by giving every character a unique artstyle!
A recuring badguy? Meet Dr. Leslie Cluck! A former member of the Supernatural Organization turned down & mocked for his ideas ( Like his creation Lance ), now out for revenge against the org & everything they stand for! A bit of a Doofensmirtz type, he's rather goofy.
& Shunin Tazaki! A poor school girl obsessed with superheroes & scifi who becomes the Zeroes' BIGGEST FAN! She can often be seen with her introverted schoolmate, Misoori!
The organization itself led by Dr. Lisa Gemm, who acts as a mother of sorts to the teens, as she's the one who agrees to take them in as members of the organization.
The org is in direct opposition to the Pastel City Police Department! Run by Sheriff Karika & Willie Oswald!
Ahhh... PASTEL CITY...!! A citadel home to people of various cultures, all reflected via their artstyle...
ZerOes followed 4 superpowered outcasts as they join a government org for the supernatural & protect their new home as... HORRIBLE superheroes.🧵
