Because I felt randomly motivated I sketched all the Proboscideans from Keenan Taylor's Tales of Kaimere (even if none have appeared in the books yet)
Remains from Brazil are also tentatively referred to P. ambiguus, while P. kurochkini occured in whats now Mongolia. This species might actually even be its own genus.
New Zealand's Lake Manuherikia also boasted a species, P. aotearoa

There P. ambiguus (which might include P. crassipes and P. gracilipes) coexisted with the larger Megapaloelodus goliath (or maybe just Palaelodus goliath) and the proper flamingo Harrisonavis.

I finally wrapped up my Wikipedia work on flamingos (Phoenicopteridae) with the article on Harrisonavis, aka somehow the single best fossil flamingo period.
