Going back to my roots on this painting. Aside from being a huge fantasy and sci-fi fan, I also love drawing in a semi-realistic but cartoony style (uh, hope I made sense on that). I also used my favorite medium; watercolor (alongside a little gouache and digital detailing).

“As with most terrestrial life, the unicorn’s origin started in the sea as well. Despite popular belief though, their initial form was far less “graceful” than their current evolved state.” - Just wanted to draw a goofy unicorn of sorts.
