I discovered that each element is related to a part of our body and that the energy of these elements changes depending on the season of the year!

All this alters the way we feel and connects us with the cycle of our planet and universe

And each one had a representative color!

A year ago I was going through a difficult period and I had the pleasure of being introduced to acupuncture by a great teacher of life @NetteFrei who introduced me to this technique and from there I heard for the first time about the 5 elements of traditional Chinese medicine.
