I usually draw rough stick figure stuff beforehand but I lose those files as I refine the sketches, I usually re-sketch something one or two times :)

When I saw the preview I was immediately reminded of one of my favorite children's books called 'Wild' which also resonates deeply, it has a similar roughness in artstyle too <3 'You cannot tame something so happily wild'
